The February blues make us long for the tropics at this time of year, despite the unseasonably warm winter we've been having on the East Coast. A resort complete with warm sunshine, calm, clear blue water—and its own, super flattering swimwear line—sounds like the perfect cure for those who suffer from SAD, or are simply sick of wearing winter clothes.

Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos has all of the above, thanks to its collaboration with upbeat, optimistic designer Trina Turk, who created Trina Turks and Caicos, a nine piece capsule collection in a sunny turquoise and coral pattern, which includes several different bathing suit styles and cover ups.

Giorgio Armani fans, rejoice! The Madison Avenue boutique has reopened, and it's better than ever. The revamped store boasts four floors of gorgeous clothing and accessories for men and women, exquisitely lit against a backdrop of cream colored walls (flattering) and touches of gray fabric with a bamboo motif.

Spacious dressing rooms and well-designed cabinetry and niches are perfect showcases for Armani's clean and elegant day and evening wear, and for the '30's inspired jeweled sting ray evening bags - heaven!

It was definitely Fall at the Douglas Hannant show.

The New York Public Library For The Performing Arts was transformed into a wonderland of fall foliage, with orange and yellow leaves hanging from trees and abundantly spread on the catwalk.

Ainsley Earhardt, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Gigi Stone were front row witnesses to a collection filled with classics with a twist. There was tweed, houndstooth, color blocking, wraparound belts, Sherlock Holmes hats, big bows, big collars, and of course, the evening sparkle Hannant is so famous for.

A white quilted Russian broadtail with natural lynx belly coat, doesn't that sound dreamy? Dennis Basso's entire Fall 2102 collection was the stuff dreams are made of.

The theme of the collection was Mystery on the Orient Express, and everything from the fur and python totes, to the Swarovski beaded gowns, to the simple cashmere dresses said luxury.
