New Year's resolution: Burch breakthrough! Done and done, and its only day 2 of the new year.

The Burch's are leaving their legal battle back in 2012, kicking off 2013 with a clean slate.

The most dragged out fashion feud of 2012, along with the Louboutin vs. YSL case, Tory and her ex husband Chris Burch, have finally reached an agreement.

Started by Chris Burch who accused Tory of making it hard for him to sell his stake in the company for a reasonable price, Tory then counter-sued over the similarities between his new C.Wonder brand and Tory Burch.

According to Women's Wear Daily, complete terms of the deal are confidential, however, Chris still owns a stake in Tory Burch and two investors have been brought on as well: BDT Capital Partners LLC and General Atlantic LLC.

“They are completely aligned with our long-term approach to building our brand and share our vision for growth globally,” chief executive officer Tory Burch said of the new investors.
