Rumor Mill: Kate Lanphear Leaving Elle?

The fashion industry has turned into one giant game of musical chairs.
First Ghesquière announced his departure from Balenciaga, then Nina Garcia was named creative director of Marie Claire, and now, according to Fashionista's reliable source, Elle style director Kate Lanphear is leaving the magazine!
While this has yet to be confirmed, it wouldn't be surprising given all the recent changes and losses at Elle, plus Lanphear has been with the magazine for 5+ years.
Now the question is, what will she do next?
