Saint Laurent, hold the Yves please.
Yves Saint Laurent creative director Hedi Slimane announced in June that the iconic fashion house would be dropping 'Yves' from its name.

The Telegraph reported a first image of the redesign instagramed by LOVE magazine editor Katie Grand.
Why the beloved brand needs an edgy update, the fashion world certainly has mixed feeling.
Couture of the highest caliber, it's hard to imagine messing with the timeless fashion name, but we anxiously await the official unveiling of the 'Saint Laurent' logo.
A saving grace, the logo change will only affect the ready-to-wear line. All other products from the fashion house will continue to carry the iconic YSL logo designed by Adolphe Mouron Cassandre in 1963. Phew!
