Lana Del Rey fronts H&M's fall fashion campaign.

She may have a fancy-schmancy Mulberry bag named after her, but that won't stop Lana Del Rey from keeping it real with some high-street fashion too.

The "National Anthem" singer has been tapped as the global face of H&M's Fall 2012 ad campaign, with a second batch of ads slated to launch this winter.

Photographed by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, the former Vogue U.K. cover star taps into her retro image via long, ultra-teased locks, a pale pink angora sweater and matching hot pants, and dangling chandelier earrings. The collection also features '60s-style minidresses inspired by her "gangsta Nancy Sinatra" style.

Del Rey also recorded a version of "Blue Velvet" for the Swedish retailer, which will appear in a mini-film launching September 19.

Until then, we'll be sharpening our talons, teasing our hair, and perfecting our sweater girl look ...
