Burberry Body Soundtrack

Christopher Bailey may be Burberry’s chief creative officer, but he will not be limited to fashion. The designer oversees the British brand’s impressive digital projects (like global livestreaming), is involved in the company’s myriad events, and now, is getting into the music game with a stylish soundtrack.

No, Bailey’s not singing (though we’d love to see that): Burberry has teamed up with English band The Feeling to re-record "Rosé" exclusively for Burberry’s new fragrance, Body.

The song title is particularly appropriate for this campaign—a scantily-clad Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is, after all, the face (and, well, body) of the campaign.

"Music is a hugely important facet of the Burberry world and with the launch of Burberry Body we wanted to create an iconic soundtrack that reflects the sensuality and attitude of the fragrance,” Bailey said in a release. “We worked with The Feeling, a band that I have long admired, on a unique recording of 'Rosé' at Abbey Road. This exclusive string version captures the mood and spirit of the Burberry Body campaign perfectly."

No argument here.

Watch the band talk about the tune, which will be released as a single on iTunes October 10.
