Laetitia Casta rocks the Diva bag for Roberto Cavalli's Spring 2011 ad campaign.

Roberto Cavalli’s models are as stunning as his merchandise in his latest campaigns: French-born Laetitia Casta brings her beauty to the designer’s 2011 Diva bag ads while Italian bombshell Elisabetta Canalis embodies the Spring/Summer Roberto Cavalli Underwear collection.

In her Diva ad, Casta—clad in a skintight, sheer, snake-print top and pants—whips her hair back and forth while flaunting a gorgeous python-print bag. The Diva bag marks a turning point for the Cavalli house toward the creation of a high-end range of accessories, and the Florentine designer believes Casta—who was photographed in London by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott—is the perfect woman to represent his craftsmanship.

“I chose Laetitia for my advertising campaign mainly because it has always been the beauty of real women that inspires and entices me,” he said in a statement. “Her gaze and her joyfulness, together with her sensuality, are able to give a special image to my bag, which, in its curves and the softness of its form, continues to remind of the purity of the female body.”

Elisabetta Canalis shows some skin in the new Roberto Cavalli Underwear ads.

Speaking of bodies, Canalis reveals just how she captured boyfriend George Clooney’s heart with her provocative Roberto Cavalli Underwear campaign, in which she lounges atop sensuous fuchsia, purple, and orange fabrics in a georgette, tiger-print push-up bra and culottes from the 2011 collection.

The Japanese-inspired shoot—also shot in London by Mert and Marcus—is meant to express mysterious charm as well as Canalis’s free and strong personality, said Cavalli.

“[Elisabetta is] my ideal of a woman: charm, charisma and sensuality, united together,” he said. “Elisabetta Canalis and I have been friends for a while now, we’ve worked together in the past, and once again during this shoot she was perfect in enhancing the spirit of this advertising campaign! With her Mediterranean beauty and intense gaze she’s interpreted an intriguing and super-feminine woman.”

We’re sure Clooney would agree.
