Chelsy Davy’s Alberta Ferretti Dresses for the Royal Wedding

Twice as nice! A sneak peek at the two Alberta Ferretti dresses Chelsy Davy will wear for the royal wedding.
Looks like somebody might be planning to upstage the bride on her big day. Chelsy Davy, the on-off girlfriend of Prince Harry, will wear not one but two tailor-made dresses by Alberta Ferretti at the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
The blonde Zimbabwean will first don an aqua green bias reverse satin dress for the April 29 Westminster Abbey ceremony. In keeping with protocol, she will cover her arms with an aqua green faille silk jacket with a deep boat neck and a knot detail.
But Davy will ramp up the sex appeal for the evening party, slipping into a slinky midnight blue crepe satin one-shoulder gown with a cutout detail at the back.
“The colors I have chosen are all in the blue and green tones, which match perfectly with her eyes, hair, and skin tone,” the Italian designer—who has outfitted A-listers from Halle Berry to Jennifer Aniston—tells People.
“Having the fitting in Chelsy’s flat in Chelsea [how fitting?] was real fun and exciting. She’s such a modern girl, full of life and very charming. I’m sure she will wear at her best the special outfits that I have created exclusively for her and this momentous occasion.”
There’s no doubt Davy will wow the crowd, however, we don't think Kate needs to worry about being the belle of the ball.
