Beautifying for take-off: Virgin's spa at JFK.

Frequent fliers, your prayers have been answered: Virgin Atlantic has upped its beauty game with an upscale spa at JFK airport.

The Upper Class lounge, part of the airline’s Kennedy digs, is now home to a spa complete with a Bumble and bumble Salon and Dr. Hauschka facials. It’s not an entirely surprising step for the airline—after all, it already has its own branded lipstick with bareMinerals, dubbed Upper Class Red.

“At J.F.K., all of our flights are at night. People want to go to sleep and feel refreshed in the morning when they wake up, so the spa offers services that are calming and sleep-inducing, like back massages, radiant facials and hot stone massage,” Rebecca Creer, Virgin’s beauty coordinator, told T magazine.

“We use the holistic skin care line range Dr. Hauschka. The salon is Bumble and bumble. We do great blowouts," she continued. "You can have beauty and grooming services, get on your flight, put on pajamas and go to sleep. You arrive at Heathrow, and there is a revival lounge with a small spa room, if you’d like a quick facial, or polish change, or a shave, and of course showers to complete the journey.”

Talk about traveling in style. Looks like the giant sunglasses that serve as our post-landing camouflage might not be necessary anymore!
