Blake Lively was radiant in a royal blue Emilio Pucci dress at the 2011 Elle Style Awards in London.
A thin gold-chain halter strap and delicate midriff cutouts at the bodice gave the number subtle sex appeal, while the tiered asymmetrical train made the look red-carpet worthy.
Lively's fresh-faced makeup, which consisted of peachy-bronze eye shadow and pale pink lips, gave the 23-year-old a sun-kissed glow.
The Gossip Girl, who won the Best TV Star award, accessorized with mauve Christian Louboutin peep-toe pumps (quite appropriate, since the designer just created a strappy shoe named the 'Blake' after Lively).
Gold dangly earrings, stacked gold bangles, and beachy blonde hair added a bohemian edge.
