There’s something about the red carpet—and there’s something about matching that red carpet in a show-stopping scarlet dress.
Red was de rigueur at the 63rd Primetime Emmy Awards, where Lea Michele wowed in a rosette-sleeve crimson Marchesa number, Nina Dobrev was stunning in a strapless Donna Karan gown, and Kate Winslet went red hot in a plunging Elie Saab dress with Cartier jewelry.
Kerry Washington (in Zuhair Murad), Martha Plimpton (in Zac Posen), and Connie Britton (in Maria Lucia Hohan) were just a few of the other actresses who also apparently received the memo.
