Blake Lively was a complete knockout in a Pre-Fall 2011 Michael Kors cobalt stretch bouclé crepe dress at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.
The form-fitting sheath flattered Lively's figure, while keeping the Gossip Girl's famous cleavage in check. Delicate illusion panels at the shoulder added a playful touch to the sophisticated Kors design.
The 23-year-old actress, who presented an award alongside Green Lantern co-star Ryan Reynolds, accessorized with purple suede Christian Louboutin pumps and Lorraine Schwartz jewels.
