Bettina's Take: Museum of the City of New York Party, New York After Dark
The MCNY fall party was once again held in the stunning pool room at the Four Seasons this year.
Many supporters came out to honor the venerable institution—and because one simply can't say no to Mark Gilbertson.
The chairs for the evening included Gilbertson, Celerie Kemble, Nicole Mellon, Heather Mnuchin, Calvert Moore, Allison Rockefeller, Shafi Roepers, Andrew Roosevelt, Alexia Ryan and Burwell Scorr. Graff and Badgley Mischka generously underwrote the evening.
The room was packed, filled with elegantly dressed attendees, happily chatting about steak tartare, real estate prices and politics. Gilbertson shushed the crowd to listen to the speeches and to hand out awards to Eric Javits, Jr., Kemble, and Rockefeller. Guests resumed their conversations and went along their merry ways.
