How young is too young?
A couple is suing the tattoo parlor where they took their daughter to get her ears pierced, and now a Berlin judge is set to make a decision on child ear-piercing August 31.
The now three-year-old "cried from an inordinate amount of pain" during the procedure, according to World Crunch, and three days later, a doctor's visit revealed she was reeling from a "traumatic reaction."
So who's to blame here?
Are the parents at fault for commissioning the piercing, or could the tattoo parlor have turned away the couple?
